Congress is not just whoring themselves to Citigroup, they are the madam and they are putting all women on sale.

Of course abortion will be out lawed. The ruling elite need a lot of cannon fodder for the Long War, and you don't expect the elite to sacrifice their own children, do you?
I agree the corporate terrorists want to make sure they have even more slaves to serve them. They can outlaw abortion though and it won't do hardly a thing to stop abortions, it will just make them less safe. I imagine the "war on abortion" will end up looking very similar to the "war on drugs". Also if the cases go to court, the people can just refuse to convict and hang jury after, jury.
